I have Windows 10 on my new computer, and have used the program for years on my older computer running XP. I lost my install disc from windows XP, so I went out and bought 2.0 from Fry's and because they say that the program works with Windows 10. However when I went to install it, I got an error with the PDF driver. (Error: -8) I have Adobe Reader 8.01 installed right now because that is what came with the invoice program. So as of right now, everything works but I am unable to make PDFs or send emails with the invoices and estimates. Where can I download a driver to fix this problem, or is there something else I need to do?

These are the supported versions of Windows where you can install it: Window® XP, Vista®, 7 or 8.
However, disable Driver Enforcement using Start > Settings > Update and Recovery > Recovery > Restart > Troubleshooting > Advanced Startup > Startup. Reboot the PC, then press 7, wait for Windows to load and install the application. When prompted, install the driver as well.
No, there is no multi-user version for the product. If you want to run it on multiple computer, you will actually have to buy the product for each computer. For more information access the official website where this product is hosted. To order multiple copies, click the Buy now and adjust the number by entering numbers in the QTY field.

Unfortunately, you can send the invoices created with InstaForm Invoices & Estimates Pro directly through your mail address. The program doesn't have this kind of features. To send the files, you need to export them first to a document on your computer, like a PDF file and then send this using your mail address. To save an invoice, you can use the PDF button from the main page of the application.
This is a commercial application, which means it's impossible to obtain troubleshooting documents or user guides. I have checked the official website, but there is nothing provided in terms of configuration and editing.

Latest version of InstaForm Invoices & Estimates Pro is 2.0 and according to the user's reviews, the software doesn't have support for importing previous version of the files, therefore you can't use it for the purpose that you've explained in your inquiry.
Because of that, I recommend keeping the previous version installed and avoid upgrading because you'll end up with files that you can't use any more.

The only thing that I've found is something called Credit Memo which I believe it's actually the credit note for the customer, but there are no instructions available on how to do it.
But if you have the software installed, then go to Help > Contents and look through there to find additional details. Sometimes the Help section is in CHM format, therefore it will open with Windows Help and a Search tab will also be available that you can use to locate the information faster.
